A babymoon is such a wonderful trip! It is designed to give you and your partner time away to focus on each other. There are so many fabulous trips waiting for you, you need to decide what fits within your new comfort level. With Zika still lingering in the islands and our Europe trip just 5 months ago, we opted to stay domestic for our babymoon. Our OB also made a great point- She said anything can happen and to travel somewhere that has the same or better healthcare than home. With that advice, we happily traveled to the golden coast of Los Angeles. I traveled at 28 weeks pregnant and I would suggest traveling between 24-28 weeks. I hope you enjoy our babymoon itinerary and some snapshots from our #traveldiary2019. There is so much to do in LA, we barely scratched the surface but it's important to remember- you're pregnant!! Moving slow and doing less in your days is very important to stay healthy. And drink a ton of fluids! If you're not pregnant, I think this is still a fun itinerary, just add in some cocktails and maybe some late night spots :) If you're planning a trip feel free to reach out to us for more info! xx
