Lindsay believes the most meaningful moments are made through thoughtful details. As Co-Founder ofA Signature Welcome, she blends her business expertise with a lifelong love for design to create gifts and experiences that feel personal, beautiful, and unforgettable. After earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, she followed her creative instincts to Parsons The New School for Design, leading to roles with Donna Karan, The Row, and Jimmy Fallon, and co-founding fine jewelry line Bissell & Blaise. Today, Lindsay channels both precision and artistry into her work while serving on the board of Good Friends of the Lowcountry, volunteering at her church, and finding joy in Pilates, travel, and life with her husband Evan and their children—Van, Banks, and Olive.
Enneagram Type 9: The Peacemaker
Emily is the Co-Founder ofA Signature Welcome, where she blends a decade of editorial experience in the luxury wedding industry with a genuine love for people. A University of Georgia graduate, she began her career as a writer and managing editor for a lifestyle magazine before moving to Charleston to work for a nationally distributed bridal publication, collaborating with elite wedding professionals and fashion icons like Oscar de la Renta and Vera Wang. Outside of work, Emily enjoys exploring museums with her family, running, and spending time on Martha’s Vineyard with her husband Sam and their children—Elsie, Sloane, and Smith. Fun fact: she’s won every contest she’s ever entered (yes, even radio call-ins circa 2000).
Enneagram Type 2: The Helper
Brittany is the Buying Manager of A Signature Welcome. She grew up in Virginia as the eldest of four and graduated from Clemson University. A job at Mullen-Boston and one winter later, she headed to Charleston where she worked for the Charleston Wine + Food Festival and Garden & Gun magazine before joining us at ASW. In her spare time, she enjoys doing (hot) yoga, traveling, and spending time at the beach. Brittany and her husband (Mattie) have two beautiful girls, Weezie and Bun (still in the oven until Feb 2024 so stay tuned for naming). Fun Fact: Brittany lived in Australia and New Zealand - both before kindergarten!

Cassie is the Design and Relationship Manager of A Signature Welcome. She grew up in North Carolina and graduated from Louisiana State University. After many years working for Georgetown University, she relocated from Washington, DC to Charleston and joined the ASW team. In her spare time, Cassie enjoys traveling, live music, discovering new restaurants, and exploring beautiful South Carolina.
Enneagram Type 1: The Perfectionist
Maddie is the Production Manager of A Signature Welcome. She grew up in Eastern North Carolina, then made a home in Raleigh. She graduated from North Carolina State University with a major in Psychology. She began working as a sales associate at Monkees of Raleigh, where she fell in love with ensuring every customer left with a smile and found a strong attraction to merchandising. She enjoys spending her freetime in Beaufort, North Carolina and Little Washington.
