BETTER TOGETHER SAVANNAH RECAP

30 AUG BETTER TOGETHER SAVANNAH RECAP

In addition to our Wedding Welcome Gift services, we love creating memorable and impactful Workshop Gifts and Client Experience Gifts. It’s so inspiring to take a peek behind the scenes of an individual’s business and create a unique design that accurately reflects a brand’s heart and aesthetic through luxury gifting. This spring we joined forces with talented Photographer Justin Brown of The Happy Bloom to do just that. Justin was a blast to work with and his dreamy images and branding are so point with the gifts we love to create. After those client gifts parted our hands into his, we were thrilled when we received another email from Justin about starting a new gifting project together: designing workshop gifts for Better Together Savannah, a twice-a-year retreat for photographers based in Charleston’s beautiful sister city Savannah. We loved Justin and Better Together’s mission: to build community, encourage collaboration and provide a place to learn from photographer peers and instantly knew we wanted to jump on board.

The welcome gift vision for Better Together started with a “clean, very neutral, organic” palette with a subtle nod to the retreat’s host city Savannah through some favorite local sweets. Essentials for the photographer attendee’s included a notebook, branded pencil and custom linen aprons for holding film, camera batteries, etc. We knew our white linen-papered Signature Boxes would be the perfect capsule to hold all of the goodies and we enlisted the help of Sarah Ingram (Calligrapher + Photographer extraordinaire) to calligraph delicate gray, deckled-edged hangtags with each recipients name to complete each gifts. Take a peek at the end result below and some beautiful behind the scenes images from the retreat. If you missed this first Better Together retreat in August, be sure to check out details for the next one in January – we will see you there!
