We specialize in Wedding Welcome Gifts, Bridal Party Gifts, Client Experience Gifts, Vendor Thank You Gifts. We offer our wedding clients two ways to curate their gifts. Shop our wedding catalog online, or contact us to be considered a custom client. Email us your wedding crest and we’ll include a personalized hangtag complementary.
    • Corporate Clients: We work with companies of all sizes to curate gifts that celebrate and show gratitude.  We have everything you need to make an impression on your candidates, employees and clients. We specialize in Recruitment Gifts, Appreciation Gifts, Thank you Gifts, Conferences and Events Gifts, Holiday Gifts.We offer our Corporate Clients three ways to curate their gifts. What can I expect from your wedding gift collections?
    • We pre-curated gifts in our Wedding Shop just for you. Add a monogram or custom hangtag for that special touch. Email us your wedding crest and we’ll include a personalized hangtag complementary. Take advantage of our monogramming services, handwritten notes, and complimentary ground shipping.
What can I expect from the custom wedding experience?
    • A Signature Welcome offers custom designs for wedding welcome gifts. Gifts are personal and make an impression. Through our custom process, you will work one-on-one with us to create a one-of-a-kind gifting experience for your guests. Our custom clients are special and we offer a limited amount of availability per wedding weekend. White glove courier service is available, as well as shipping nationwide. All proposals are custom and range in price.To be considered a custom client, please note our design fee of $175 and our opening minimum of $35 per gift. Before we begin our phone consult and custom proposals, we ask each client to complete a questionnaire that helps us get to know you better. Through the questionnaire, we learn everything from hometowns to pets names, and try to incorporate personal details into the gifts when it makes sense! We’re also inspired by couple’s design boards, color palettes, etc. to keep the gift cohesive with the rest of the wedding design.

Do custom wedding clients give you an idea of what they want or do you handle the whole curating process for them?

    • Both! Sometimes couples come to us with a “wish list” or general idea for the gift design and others leave the process completely in our hands. Before we begin our phone consult and custom proposals, we ask each client to complete a questionnaire that helps us get to know them better. Through the questionnaire, we learn everything from hometowns to pets names, and try to incorporate personal details in the gifts when it makes sense!     • Complete the made-to-order gifts questionnaire to gain access to the made-to-order gift builder.  Our made-to-order gift builder will step you through the process of building your own gifts from our favorite brands. Add your company logo for that special touch.
What can I expect from the custom corporate experience?
    • We work with our CUSTOM clients to create a one-of-a-kind gifting experience. We take great care in designing bespoke gifts inspired by your vision. A Signature Welcome offers custom gift designs for corporations looking to delight their customers, impress their candidates, and show appreciation for their employees. Through our custom process, work one-on-one with our design team to create a one-of-a-kind gifting experience for conferences, recruitment, new hires, top producer engagement, and more! WHAT ARE SOME BENEFITS? We save our clients time, money, and labor.
What can I expect from your everyday gifts?
    • Our everyday gift collections are available for purchase in our online shop. You will find something for the host and hostess in your life, thank you to your mother-in-law, your sister’s birthday, a friend’s new baby, and more! Take advantage of our monogramming services, handwritten notes, and complimentary ground shipping.
How long does monogramming take?
    • Please allow an extra 10 days for monogramming.
When will my items ship?
    • Unless otherwise stated, your gift should ship within 48 hours of purchase. If you would like to expedite shipping please email us to make new shipping arrangements.
If I send you custom artwork, will I receive an artwork proof to approve?
    • Yes, we will request your approval before printing custom artwork.
What is white glove courier service?
    • White glove courier service is on location hand delivery.  Contact us for a quote.
Do you ship international?
    • Yes, however, we do not ship gourmet foods internationally.
What if my goods arrive damaged?
    • Plesae take photos of the shipping boxes and the goods inside and email them to info@asignaturewelcome.com with the Subject line, DAMAGED SHIPMENT. We will work to remedy the situation ASAP.
Wedding clients: What are some of the basics that couples should have in mind when putting together a welcome gift?
    • First, make sure your welcome gift aesthetic coincides with your wedding design. For example, if you’re hosting a modern, black tie affair, a rustic jute tote bag is probably not the best route for your outer packaging. We always take the wedding destination and venue into consideration when we begin a gift design. It’s important to set the tone for the weekend with a gift that’s representative of the whole experience. Second, be thoughtful! Whether that’s sourcing the best locally made gourmet goodies for your guests to sample or simply providing water bottles and a hangover/amenity kit if you know Friday night might get a little rowdy, guests will appreciate that you took the time to provide them with items they’ll enjoy in the comfort of their hotel rooms.
What’s the one item you would suggest custom clients should always include in a welcome bag?
    • Welcome notes and weekend itineraries. This is such an easy, helpful item to include to better help people navigate the weekend. Don’t leave them out! 
What have been some of the most popular welcome bags you’ve put together?
    • Our Locations Collection were such a hit amongst our custom clients, we decided to include them as an Everyday Gift. Most welcome gift orders are completely custom, but we do see some favorite packaging trends with our custom clients. Our Signature white boxes are probably our most popular packaging request—pretty white boxes with attached silk ribbon closure. We had these custom made so they’re available exclusively through A Signature Welcome. 
What’s a surefire crowdpleaser item in a welcome bag?
    • Hands down, our trademarked Revelry + Remedy hangover/amenity kits. People always end up needing Advil, chapstick, Pepto, sunscreen, mints, etc., when traveling and the muslin bags fit nicely in coat pockets or a clutch.
What has been one of the funniest items you’ve ever included in a welcome bag?
    • Oxygen! No really, we included Boost Oxygen cans for a Jackson Hole, WY wedding last year to help guests alleviate altitude sickness.
