What gifting services do you offer?

We offer gifting services to help you and your loved ones celebrate all occasions.  Shop our pre-curated gift collections online or if you have more expanded needs, contact us to learn more about our custom gift services. 

I ordered my gift online today.  When should I receive it?

Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order plus shipping time.  Most ground shipments take 1-3 days to the east coast, 3-4 days to the southwest and midwest, and 5-7 days to the west coast.  Any order placed after 12pm EST is considered the next business day.
If you pay for expedited shipping please still consider up to 3 business days for processing time prior to shipping.
If personalizing anything within the gift, please allow an additional 10 days for customization.
We prepare gourmet food gifts fresh.  Please allow up to an additional 10 days for processing.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are experiencing fulfillment and/or shipping delays and your delivery date may differ from estimates displayed on our site. FedEx and UPS are continuing to respond to the impact of COVID-19 around the world.  They have adjusted all shipping drop-off, pick-up, and travel times as so.  The latest shipment drop off is as follows, Monday - Friday 4:00pm, No pickup Saturday and No pickup Sunday.  Due to the significant surge in volume and other impacts of COVID-19, FedEx and UPS are currently experiencing delays in various parts of the U.S. They are committed to providing service to the best of their ability and offer their sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused by these delays. Furthermore, FedEx and UPS have a global suspension on the money-back guarantee for all services effective immediately until further notice. The impact of COVID-19 is causing local, state, and national governments around the world to issue work and travel restrictions on a daily basis, which is impacting their ability to meet its usual high standards of service. FedEx has also suspended Signature Required for all shipments to remain contactless during the pandemic.  To add to the COVID 19 situation, other service delays include weather, currently Hurricanes and Wildfires. 

    How will I know my gift has shipped?

    We will email you tracking information for all shipped gifts.

      What is the difference between wedding, corporate and everyday gifting?

      Our online gift collections are available to everyone. Take advantage of our monogramming services, handwritten notes, and complimentary ground shipping.  No gift minimums!
      Our custom clients are made up of our wedding and corporate clients. We work with engaged couples, planners and the wedding industry to help welcome guests to the wedding weekend. We work with companies of all sizes to curate gifts that celebrate and show gratitude.  We have everything you need to make an impression on your candidates, employees and clients. 

        What can I expect from the custom wedding experience?

        A Signature Welcome offers custom designs for wedding welcome gifts. Gifts are personal and make an impression. Through our custom process, you will work one-on-one with us to create a one-of-a-kind gifting experience for your guests. Our custom clients are special and we offer a limited amount of availability per wedding weekend. White glove courier service is available, as well as shipping nationwide.           We work with our custom clients to create fully branded and customized gifts. We take great care in designing bespoke gifts inspired by your vision.             Do custom clients give you an idea of what they want or do you handle the whole curating process for them?

            Both! Sometimes clients come to us with a “wish list” or a general idea for the gift design and others leave the process completely in our hands. Before we begin our phone consult and custom proposals, we ask each client to complete a questionnaire that helps us get to know their needs better. 

              What can I expect from your everyday gifts?

              Our everyday gift collections are available for purchase in our online shop. You will find something for the host and hostess in your life, thank you to your mother-in-law, your sister’s birthday, a friend’s new baby, and more! Take advantage of our monogramming services, handwritten notes, and complimentary ground shipping.

                How long does monogramming take?

                Please allow an extra 10 days for monogramming.

                  Is shipping included in my order?

                  Ground shipping is complimentary!  Expedited shipping options are available too. 

                      If I send you custom artwork, will I receive an artwork proof to approve?

                      Yes, we will request your approval before printing custom artwork.

                        What is white glove courier service?

                        White glove courier service is on location hand delivery.  Contact us for a quote.

                          Do you ship internationally?

                          Yes, however, we do not ship gourmet foods internationally.

                            What if my goods arrive damaged?

                            Please take photos of the shipping boxes and the goods inside and email them to info@asignaturewelcome.com with the Subject line, DAMAGED SHIPMENT. We will work to remedy the situation ASAP.

                              Do you include pricing or invoices inside your gift shipments purchased online?

                              No!  We expect your purchases to be gifts and we do not include any invoices or pricing in the boxes.

                                What is your return policy?

                                No returns.  If something arrives broken, email us at info@asignaturewelcome.com with the Subject line, DAMAGED SHIPMENT. We will work to remedy the situation ASAP.
